For once, 4th of July celebrations Down Under enjoyed fair weather.
Although Perth is in the middle of a snap freeze (think frozen fishfingers), it was a perfect day to head out to Kardinya for the American Women’s Club Annual Fair at Kardinya. We met some mighty nice people, happy to share fond memories of their Dad’s TBird, and other anecdotes – one guy offered his carton of Krispy Kremes for a drive in the car. Maybe next year, buddy.

Oh great, today is the shortest day of the year. That means a long, slow climb back to summer.
I’ll try using that as inspiration at 6.00am when it’s black outside!
